Chocolate Chia Seed Pudding

Chocolate Chia Seed Pudding

Chia seeds are a nutritional powerhouse! Not only are they a great source of brain-healthy omega-3 fatty acids, they’re also packed with fiber and plant-based protein. That means that this pudding will keep your kids fuller for longer than a traditional pudding. Chia seeds are also rich in magnesium, an important mineral for growing bodies.

But they’re not just healthy, they’re also fun! When you submerge chia seeds in liquid, they absorb it and take on a jelly-like quality that your kids might enjoy. Just make sure to warn them that this is a pudding unlike others they might be used to—the texture can be surprising at first!
