So for 6 weeks this summer, commit to helping them eat more fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and beans and stay active — with the help of our 6 toolkits below. Each toolkit focuses on a healthy topic and comes packed with nutrition basics, a kid-friendly recipe and a fun activity. You can complete all the activities in each tool kit, or pick only the activity that will work for your age group and environment.
